The pot roast hit the spot last night and made simple, scrumptious sandwiches for an early dinner tonight. Yeah, baby! We ate early because I’m soon heading over to Suz’s to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Feminine Hijinx. Kim, Suz, and I will be celebrating by…podcasting, of course! As well as sipping a little wine and chatting before, during, and after. Never enough time to chat with my minxes!
Ah, my minxes. My darling, dear friends. I’ve had an emotionally and intellectually intense couple of weeks and having their support – and my other friends’ support as well – has meant nothing less than everything to me. How very appropriate that we are getting together tonight to celebrate, in effect, our friendship. Here’s to friendship!
