We’ll cook together and you’ll end up with a protein, a starch, two condiments, and some chopped vegetables to stow away in your fridge, ready to become three fast and healthy meals during the week.
I’ll send you an ingredients list, recipes, and set-up instructions. We’ll cook for about 1.5 hours, with time for questions and lots of my best tips!

I also offer private cooking classes on Zoom. The menu can be whatever you like, with as many people as you like, and we’ll create it together. Private classes are perfect for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or learning specific skills.
