A Peek at Cassoulet…
…more tomorrow (or today, since it’s after midnight), but for now here’s a quickie.
It (the cassoulet) was delicious – worth all the effort.
We almost burned our house down (unrelated to the cassoulet), but prevailed. Recipe and full raves forthcoming, so stay tuned…

I'm so glad you totally, thoroughly enjoyed it, made it worth all the preparation. Thank you also for the lovely wine - as always - and great company and enthusiasm. I had a blast! After sharing dinner last night with Stephanie and John and our great friends Rudy Maxa and Ana Schofield,I now have a new last meal. Face with a firing squad, my last request will be for Stephanie's cassoulet and John's favorite Turley zinfandel.
