   Thank you, you're sweet. The sun was setting, and fried tofu isn't exactly photogenic, so the fact that you think it's appealing makes me very happy :)

   You are too kind because oh wow did I struggle to take a pic of this. Rushing, the sun was just-set, I had zero time to mess around with plating. Plopped it on there and crossed my fingers - ha! Then I happily wolfed it all down. I do love fried tofu :)
